What is the SI Index?

• SI Index (Sprint Intelligence Index) is our internal performance score that summarizes historical race outcomes and recent form.
• Higher SI Index values generally indicate stronger expected competitiveness in similar race conditions.

What is the difference between SI, SI2, and SI Max?

• The three are a tiered set of indexes: SI2 and SI Max build on SI, each adding more factors to improve accuracy.
• SI (base index): our foundational strength score, built on Whole-History Ratings that summarize past results and recent form. It is the basis for every prediction.
• SI2: builds on SI by adding each horse's recent form and how well the race conditions (distance, surface, course) suit it, sharpening the read on who can contend.
• SI Max: our top index. It further incorporates finer details such as previous-race body weight, closing time, running style, and jockey/trainer form to judge more precisely who can actually win.
• Accuracy: across roughly 430,000 races, win accuracy rises SI 36.4% → SI2 36.9% → SI Max 37.6%, and the chance the winner is in the AI's top 3 rises 69.0% → 69.8% → 70.7% (SI < SI2 < SI Max). Compare all three on each race; horses where the indexes disagree are useful hints for picking partners.

How should I use the predictions?

• Predictions are best used as decision support, combined with your own race understanding.
• No model can guarantee outcomes, especially in volatile race conditions.

Why are some metrics hidden?

• Some data is available only with the corresponding subscription plan.
• If your current plan does not include a section, it will remain unavailable until you upgrade.

How often is data updated?

• Race and model information is refreshed through scheduled update pipelines.
• Timing may vary by source availability and maintenance operations.

What is the Ticket Tracker?

• The Ticket Tracker lets you record your bets, track payouts, and follow your profit and loss over time.
• It supports all common bet types (Win, Place, Exacta, Quinella, Wide, Trifecta, Trio) with Exact, Box, and Wheel patterns.

How do I create a ticket?

• Open the Ticket Tracker and click '+ Add Ticket', then follow the steps: date, venue, race, bet type and horses, and finally the stake.
• You can also add a ticket directly from a race on the AI Predictions page using its '+ Add Ticket' button.

How are payouts and P&L calculated?

• Once a race result is available, ticket outcomes resolve automatically and payouts are scaled to your stake.
• Profit and loss (P&L) is your total payout minus your total wagered amount, shown per ticket and as an overall summary.

Can I import or export my tickets?

• Yes. Use Export CSV to copy or download all your tickets, and Import CSV to bulk-add tickets from a spreadsheet.
• The CSV format is: race_id, bet_type, horses, wagered (for example: 202606011201, win, 1-2-3, 10000).
